PB ATELIER LTD — REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through PB Atelier Ltd ("PB Atelier," "we," "us," "our") via our website and digital sales channels (the "Platform").

By purchasing any digital product, template, course, book, file, or downloadable resource from the Platform, you ("User," "you," "your") agree to the terms outlined below.

1. NATURE OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All items sold on the Platform—including but not limited to architectural templates, design resources, CAD/BIM assets, project documents, e-books, guides, mini-courses, video lessons, worksheets, and digital downloads—are intangible digital goods delivered electronically.

Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the limited cases expressly provided below.

2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

PB Atelier maintains a strict no-refund policy for all digital products once:

  • The file has been downloaded;
  • The access link has been delivered;
  • Course access has been granted; or
  • The product has been viewed, accessed, or opened in any way.

This applies even if:

  • You purchased a product by mistake;
  • You changed your mind;
  • You do not have the appropriate software to open the files;
  • You believed the product would suit a purpose that it does not;
  • You downloaded the product but did not use it.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their devices, software, and skill level are compatible with the product before purchase.

3. LIMITED EXCEPTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

Refunds may be granted only under the following exceptional circumstances:

a. Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, we may provide a refund for the duplicate order.

b. Technical File Corruption (Unresolved)

If a file is corrupted or fails to download and our team is unable to provide a working replacement within seven (7) business days, a refund may be issued.

c. Unauthorized Transaction

If there is verifiable evidence that a purchase was made without your permission and is confirmed by your payment provider.

PB Atelier reserves the right to request:

  • Proof of payment,
  • Error screenshots,
  • Device information,
  • And any additional documentation required to verify your claim.

4. COURSES AND PROGRAM ACCESS

All course fees, training programs, or architectural education products are non-refundable once access has been granted, regardless of level of participation.

3. LICENSE TO DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Upon purchase, you receive a single, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for your personal or professional work only.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or upload our products to public libraries;
  • Package our templates into your own "compilations," "courses," or "bundles";
  • Claim authorship of any PB Atelier resource.

All templates, course materials, videos, text, and documents remain the exclusive intellectual property of PB Atelier Ltd.

4. PAYMENTS

All payments must be made using the approved payment gateways on the Platform.

PB Atelier is not responsible for:

  • Bank delays,
  • Payment gateway errors,
  • Currency conversion charges,
  • International fees imposed by your bank or provider.

5. NO GUARANTEES OR PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY

PB Atelier provides educational and informational digital products.

We do not guarantee:

  • Any specific architectural, design, or business outcome;
  • Approvals, compliance, or regulatory acceptance of any template;
  • Accuracy or suitability of resources for specialized projects.

Users are responsible for verifying all information before applying it professionally.

PB Atelier shall not be liable for project losses, professional errors, or decisions made using our digital materials.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All products, images, text, layouts, videos, CAD/BIM files, PDFs, and course materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of: PB Atelier Ltd

They are protected by:

Unauthorized use may result in:
